Where do you have land for sale?
Our inventory of available land is dynamic, changing regularly based on various factors. In addition to our own properties, we maintain close connections with other investors and property owners, allowing us to access a broader range of options for potential buyers. Our investment approach often results in properties priced below market value compared to traditional real estate sources and agents.
While we primarily focus on offering discounted properties, we do occasionally utilize conventional channels to sell land, and we compensate agents with commissions when appropriate. The availability of properties can fluctuate depending on market conditions, property types, and geographic locations.
It’s important to note that all our investment activities, buying, and selling are conducted exclusively within the United States, with coverage spanning across the country.
Who are you?
We are individual investors, and in some cases small partnerships of investors, who love investing, buying and selling land. We are NOT brokers, realtors, or large corporate funds that purchase, sale or broker land deals.

What do you charge for your services?
As noted previously, we are not brokers or agents. Any property we bring to you for potential purchase will be a property that we have some level of ownership interest. There are no fees that you pay to us in addition to the price of the property.
